I'm so sorry the fatigue and stress has hit so hard. Based on your last post and the tears at work today, it sounds like you have an overwhelming amount of stuff going on. I really hope you're able to get more sleep and general rest this week. I know it's hard to do this with a million things going on, but I really hope you can find time during your day to relax, breathe, and enjoy some calm. I think those moments are vital to recovery, mental/emotional stability, and general well-being. So I encourage you to treat yourself to that time every day! Hope tomorrow goes better!
