Feeling Stressed

...I may have bitten off more than I can chew. And that pun was not intentional and not even remotely anorexia-related.



  1. Oh no! First off, I have faith in you. Secondly, don't forget to take care of yourself. If something has to go, that's ok. Your health (mental and physical) is most important. Let me know if there's anything I can do! I'm around!

  2. I'm right there with you -- it sucks. When I read this, my first instinct was to tell you, "You can do it!" . . . but if you can't, that's okay, too. As Alie said, please take care of yourself. Thinking of you.

  3. Hang in there! It seems to be about that time in the grad semester when we all start getting a little overwhelmed. A friend in my cohort and I were discussing this on Thursday after class -- while playing pool to blow off some steam.

    Don't forget that you've got coping skills for a reason, so take the time to use them!
